And the trick to Aiki is that if you can make that downside an upside (Chronos Protocol or Palana) then it’s an ice you can play. Just like its flavor text implies.
It’s telling how disbalanced these are by faction. Anarch breakers get mentioned far more than any other faction. ICE is more evenly split between Jinteki, HB, & NBN but only one person mentioned poor ol’ Weyland.

Scarcity of Resources is scary good in Sol. 1 Cost, annoying af, and it sticks around to turn on News Hounds even if they don’t have many resources.
