The plan is to over time increase the power level by adding and tweaking cards. Deep Thought level of cards are definitely on the chopping block. Account Siphon specifically is not included in the cube because it would be an auto first pick every time, and is very oppressive in this format.
Iām not so sure itās oppressiveā¦ Iām also not sure itās an immediate first pick. Magnum Opus is on equivalent powerlevelā¦
Also, Same Old Thing isā¦ Wait, is it even in the cube? Itās gotta be not very commonā¦
Ran this on Sunday and it was a blast. Traditional cube with 6 people. One guy even ran a Mushin Government Takeover deck.
Someone asked if Siphon was in there and we all agreed that with the flimsy economies it would destroy us.
This is my first shot at such a cube as I was talking about. Granted, there are some more repeats as I tried to keep everything at a considerable power level. However, between drafting with 4+ people and enough āburnerā cards, I think enough variety should remain. Ralphinatorās power cube:

Checking to see when the list will be updated with Kala Ghoda
This week. Probably in the next few days.
Cube updated!
I am also now adding the cuts and additions to the notes section next to the decklist to help make the process easier.
Fantastic addition! Thanks for the update and the list of changes!
I need to buy a cubeā¦if anyone know of anyone that is selling a collection, as complete as possible, I would be interested. Mind you, I am in Sweden, so the person would need to ship it
Any thoughts on Business First cards and updates? I use your cube religiously - for now Iād be contemplating maybe a couple of Advanced Product Lines, and maybe an EMP or a Tech Trader or two. Not sure exactly what else Iād put in.
Soon! Hopefully by the end of the week.
Any update on this?
Updated for Business First!

Cuts:
Launch Campaign

TMI
I donāt understand the reasoning behind the cuts, care to elaborate?
Launch Campaign, PSF, Clone Retirement were just moved down to 1X to find space for new cards (and keep in mind we want the cube to consist of mostly 1X copies of cards with replaceable effects). Shannon was too narrow and TMI was just bad.
If you think any of those are incorrect, you can convince us and they can get added back in for the next data pack.
TMI was just bad
but you added harvester which is seen as not just bad but a card that actively hurts you to play.
Hurts to play in current constructed meta. If your runner deck is 30 cards and likely has no Levy, facechecking Harvester with a full hand can really hurt, and running through it repeatedly, even if only cycling you 3 cards, can deck you quickly.
I think Harvester hurts you more when you a) may not have any recursion and b) may have a lot of 1-ofs. If you hit it and draw all your fracters (not inconceivable!) and most of your econ, you now have tough choices to make. Same reason Street Peddler is great gear in Constructed and terrifyingly risky in Draft.
TMI outside of Making News is just a barrier that many Runners stand a decent chance of running breakerless for ~$3 unless you pay far too much to keep it upright. Unlike Harvester, itās not even an interesting unique effect.
EDIT: Comment bunshin no jutsu!
Exactly, @hsiale and @dwindrim covered good reasons. One of the interesting aspects of draft is how card evaluations change from constructed. TMI is actually at itās worst in draft, without the Making News credits the card was designed around and where runners being able to spend credits in lieu of having the needed breaker is a bigger deal. Harvester on the other hand is useful in the damage deck that can actually easily pose a mill threat to the runner.
Itās getting closer and closer to only 1-ofs! Most of the 3-ofs left are indispensable(*) generic econ.
Iām surprised it took this long to cut the second Ice Carver It and Escher are the sort of cards I need to be saved from even in proper decks. āWhy isnāt it goooooood~~~ā
Democracy and Dogma is coming absurdly soon, so I hope for yet more updates, o Lords of Netspace - my Netrunner cube more or less lives in my backpack, and Iāve had far better luck with your list than with trying to monkey together my own.
