I recently found this blog post via a post on Reddit.
Everyone who has not read it should do so. It is a great analysis of types of ice and how to think about ice relative to your plan for winning games with your deck. I found myself really thinking in new ways about ice after reading this.
I was sad to see that the author of the post quit the game because he thought it had grown stale. I am glad he left the blog post up where it can still be read.
