Main Site not updating front page with new articles

I stopped seeing the front page update after the double time set review article, has this happened for anyone else?

What happens if you hit Ctrl + r on the page? Does Incognito mode work?

ctrl+r messes up the formatting and still doesn’t show the most recent articles, but incognito mode works fine.

Is anyone else seeing these problems? If not let’s move this to PM @Zebadiah.
