Back when most people only played Jackson as a trashable, people were spouting this (and it wasn’t true then). Now that everyone and their grandma (including Weyland) is playing trashables, I can’t possibly imagine this to be true.

My average over many, many games floats somewhere between 9 and 11 credits. One particularly crazy Regionals (where I faced 5 NBN decks over 5 rounds) had me at something like…94? credits saved from his ability. Also, as @hauptmann_jawohl says, the tempo hits not taken are invaluable by themselves already, not to mention the disruption to corp play patterns.
But, you know, I’m sure Noise with Scrubber is better. < /sarcasm >
