Optimal Breaker Suite is kinda a misleading statement. I get the gist of the exercise, but there are more things involved than just Pump Strength Pay to Break subs. Encounter abilities are the most likely to mess with this ‘Optimal Solution’ not to mention it depends on how your deck is run, plus a lot more things on the state of the game. What if your opponent is actually playing Stronger Together? thats 3 more cost right there if you can’t click through them all.
