I literally just submitted my decks and then read here that the new FAQ is not legal for this tournament. Can I resubmit my decks?
EDIT: Read that if we resubmit, the newest ones are taken into account. Cool!
It just occurred to me, it might be good if one of the organisers checks with @mtgred to make sure that the FAQ isnāt implemented in Jinteki.net prematurely. Otherwise anyone with 3xAstro will have their decks flagged as illegal! 
Jinteki website listed there implementation dates on the home screen.
