I love that Mutate deck…i think it needs more i faction ludicrous ICE to mutate into before it starts being really nasty though. Janus 2.0 anyone?

I love the grail ice for it’s versatility, it’s both etr with a galahad or lancelot (to trash a breaker they need afterwards) in hand, and taxing later on. Eli and ichi are only hard etr if you have at least 2 in a server, and there comes an etr ice after ichi.
I don’t think the cheap etr ice works well in foundry. If you rez 1, the runner needs an answer for it, and then copy 2-3 are pretty dead, not worth installing. But those ice are probably what you want in a FA deck, to score 2 agendas and later on FA 2 more agendas. Grail ice works as a nice replacant here, because a runner without full rig would risk a lancelot surprise hiding behind a barrier / code gate / sentry. So yes, all things considered, I also think etf is better for pure FA than foundry.
