Hello, can u help me with building HB fast advance deck, and give me advise - that packs im must buy first?
Now im have 1 core set, Creation and control, Cyber exodus.

Open moves with jackson howard and next bronze. And second thoughts with shipment from sansan/restructure. JH and SfSS instead of PADs/Alix
Also the future proof is great pack with lot of usefool tools. For HB it’s great Eli1.0.
try to reduce number of expensive ice. Your goal is to score 7 points, not trash runner rig or give him brain damage. So ichi2 to ichi 1 is easy swap. More Ice walls are welcome as long as you have free influence.
Btw you have 19 ap, put one more gila hands arcolodgy.
Also viable option is to buy double time instead of second thoughts and put in NAPD instead of Efficiency comitee. Then 3 slots with 3 influence can be used for Beanstalk Royalties.
But first pack you should buy - open moves. With current Noise popularity Jh is staple card.
Bastion can be swap back to wall of static, but I like to diversify my ice. Different ones are better for different situations.
Corp shooter can stop siphon/trash mimic/make enigma unyogobale. It’s good to have some trick in deck which is not your main game plan but it can helps sometimes.
As for economy - it should be tested, but I think it is ok. There are 8 true economy cards, +6 pseudoeconomy like pop-up and shipments with EtF ID and double Gila Hands. I think that should be enough.
Sansan is one of the best cards in this deck. When you have another core set, second SSCG is good choice. Victor is clickable, ichi2.0 is too expensive. I would not buy pack only for eve campaighn right now(only after open moves- second thoughts or double time - future proof)
As generic advice i would say that you should’t theorycrafted every single card in deck, play more and test different options, if you feel that troubleshooter is useless in every single game - drop it for sure, if you feel that you have extra cash - swap ichi1.0 for ichi2.0, that’s not so big deal. Perfect deck can be achived only in practice, and the base to start from you already have.

We don’t play in a vaccuum. While some cards may have a tiny advantage over another, if they do not match how you play, it won’t be played to full advantage.
EG:
I habitually under run. Run based income cards are not very effective in my decks…
So make a starting point - and then tune to your experience.
I would try something like this but second core is strongly desirable for competitive runner deck.
