In theory you can Mushin-Exclibur-Off The Grid but in reality you just end up Mushining and slamming a Caprice trying to win 4 consecutive Psi games, which is trivially easy if you know what you’re doing. You can add Junebug to be cute if you want. This deck isn’t my idea and I don’t know how many people have tried it but I like anything that turns the game into iterated Psi.

Deck built on NetrunnerDB.

This deck requires some setup. It is slow-FA.

Secure RnD (and HQ if you think they have Wanton or Siphon), and get as many advancement counters out as possible. Play “find the queen Atlas” with the runner putting it in archive, the bottom of your decketc. DBS is vital, put the agendas in the bottom, and “bubble up” the ToL. If you manage to overadvance an atlas you can score the next one at the beginning of your turn if you have 2cr.

Dies hard from clot. But you didn’t want to win did you?

Builder can be Shipment from Kayuga if you prefer. The stray firmware update can be any 3/1 or an 4/2 if you prefer. Sansan is there as runner tax and to be able to score a 4/2 with ToL. Its influence could be used for better ice.

This plays much better in blue sun.

DrunkenGineer posted a submission on NetrunnerDB:

QC fits perfectly into a Valencia deck. By locking down the centrals, you can snipe agendas from remotes with Blackmail. If the corp manages to rez any ice, you can use the incredible efficiencies of Eater and Doppelgänger to QC into the remote. Raymond Flint provides clickless expose (and synergizes with Investigative Journalism) in case you think the corp is bluffing.

Better than battling ASH/Caprice.

I’ve been playing it in my Valencia Eater Keyhole deck for a while. Its nice. I got to work on stream but the deck has explicit code gate problems I haven’t solved yet. Let’s me run the blackmails more offensively.
