Are recurring credits part of one’s credit pool and can they be siphoned away with Account Siphon or Vamp?
Example: NBN Making News has their 2 recurring credits unused and 3 credits in their credit pool. If I account siphon, what is the max I can take away?
You can only siphon the three in that case. The identity states something to the effect of, “use only during traces”.
I always assumed that the credits had to be in the Corp’s Credit pool and not hosted on other cards (those credits aren’t the Corps Credits yet, they belong to the card and the Corp is borrowing them. But I can see where the case could be made for the reverse.
