That works with agendas that make the corp get bad pub (hostile takeover, posted bounty and geothermal fracking)
Just make a quick phone app with some buttons. 2 buttons for psi (one for 1 cred, one for 2+). The psi buttons randomly select between 0 and 1/2). Then you can push the button and ignore the result, because really, pushing the button is just part of the psi game.
Then add about 8 buttons for other stuff (they’ll do a random number between 1 and that number).
Finally, remember that you could have used all the time you spent writing the app to actually play netrunner.
