Correct. In hindsight this probably isn’t worth the cardboard it is printed on, unless there is a support News Team esque trap coming out of Weyland this cycle.
“When you access (insert card name here), either suffer 2 meat damage or add it to your score area as an agenda worth -1 point”?
I’d play six restructures in my deck if I could
In hindsight? It hasn’t even been released yet.
The card is fine. Lots if decks run high agenda density and assume the runner is going to get three or four agendas. This cards is good in those decks.
Oh wait, buy back doesn’t say agenda points. Power creep retracted.
In hindsight is in respect to my original evaluation of the card…?
Spoilers!

Weyland ID bonkers, MURESHBOYZ!
I was unimpressed when I saw Damon doubling down on advance-able ICE, but that ID is probably the single best case for them we’ve seen so far. C.I. Fund looks awful, though? Maybe there will be a combo piece.
Temujin Contract is great. Basically a Liberated accounts for Crim. Now they can justifiably use Career Fair! The ID looks fun too.
I’m super in love with Enforcing Loyalty. 1 INF!
Poor Olivia.
CI Fund is good against credits matter cards. From what Damon said, it’s significant that the runner cards care about the corp being rich, and the corp ones care about the runner being poor.
Also, 2 drip a turn is nothing to sneeze at.
Temujin -isn’t that Ghengis Khan’s birth name?
Seems like a Gabe/Sill doom card, that’s for sure.
Credit Crash seems low value now, but might pick up value when Genesis rotates at takes Whizzard, Scrubber and Imp away.
For sure. Not sure what’s going on thematically there, but hey.
That HB ice looks like a 2.0 Bioroid (based on the “2 subroutines” text), but which one? I can’t think of a code gate bioroid that fits.
Zed 2.0? REDEMPTION?
Maybe Markus judging by the trash subs?
Unless other cards work with CI Fund, I can’t imagine wasting ice to protect it.
I wonder if Enforcing Loyalty will become a replacement for Shattered Remains in wealthy kill decks. Now you can blow up a runners plascrete without them ever running!
Oh, crap neutral doesn’t count as in faction… Goodbye Sports hoppers too…
Yeah, I don’t know how this is supposed to work. It takes 3 turns to start paying you, it has a really low trash cost, and it’s an asset with means that a Political Operative will ruin this hard. It’s not even good Account Siphon protection since it’s “when your turn begins.”
Temujin is bonkers good. But Crim needs some good cards, so yes please!
Edit: Actually, this might be how Desperado/Sec Test finally gets pushed out of the meta. You just print better econ cards. How many credits do you really need in a deck?
That Weyland ID looks terrible. One ping a turn just doesn’t do anything, especially when the runner decides when they want to take that ping. Add the 12 influence curse to it, and you’ve got a real bad card.
Yeah - might just go Career Fair, Bank Job, AS, and this new guy. Desperado still… I don’t know if I can put it away…
So will enforcing loyalty kill more Plascretes or Corroders? I bet Corroder.
