Another alternative would be to see if the hotel has an open conference room or banquet hall. If it’s not too expensive to rent for a few hours or if they’ll let us use it in the evening we can go that route (byob) use a portion of the entry fee to pay for it, maybe add an extra 5$ to the entry if needed.
Interested as well, with these growing numbers we might need an armed guard for the big cash pile (and douchey visors required)
