Sadly its not just programs, its non-virus programs. So you can’t bounce Cache as it is a virus.

I think he knows that, but if you’re playing Scheherezade anyway then cache gives you a decent amount of credits (especially with Kate and/or Aesop)
I’d say London Library and always byass annoying outer Ice and Brahman for inner ice. Save yourself a click to take back your programs.

The issue with Brahman is going to be clicks. It sends the program to the top of your stack. Even with London Library, your turn would be draw (Femme/Cypher), host Femme/Cypher on Library, and run. that only leaves 1 flex click. Maybe the spoiled Patron resource can help.

Ah, I thought it was sent back to hand for some reason; my mistake.
Might this then mean that it has a home in @spags’s Pitchfork deck? Thing never seems to be starved for clicks and relies on Lady or D4v1D a lot.

No but it will be hilarious in a street chess/ faust deck. Alright make a run, draw between 3 to 4 cards, 1 to 2 credits, add a couple to tech writer. alright now 2nd click…

What do you mean? The card is in english:
When your turn begins, you may choose a server.
The first time you make a successful run on that server this turn, instead of accessing cards, draw 2 cards.

how does patron not combo with sec testing?
You can only perform one “instead of accessing” action. It’s the same reason SecTest doesn’t work with Account Siphon.

Its security testing for draw instead of credits.
It has pros and cons over wyldside, especially in light of a shaper deck that uses Faust,
pros:
- optional, does not force the loss of click if you don’t want to draw that turn, but you still can’t access on the chosen server.
- works well with other cards that care about a run being made (pawn, dirty laundry, turning wheel, DaVinci etc)
- not a location (so some of the wyldside meta will miss it)
- In shaper
Cons
- if you want to make the run click neutral you need to spend inf
- requires an open server for max effect
- is a connection (so gets hit by film critic meta)
