I this this format’s cardpool should also rotate. I’d like it to be strictly lower power-level than standard ANR.

I think you should set up scheduled times to try and make rooms in Jinteki for your format, or just get the word out. I’d be willing to help out with that, your format seems to have the most traction.
A monthly Saturday show-up-to-slack-chat-and-play Swiss thingy might be a good angle.
