Updated information about Finnish Nationals:
Tournament will be held in Helsinki on 12.9. (Mannerheimintie 5 A, 5th floor). We have space for about 60 players.
You can send pre registration to netrunner.suomi@gmail.com to reserve a spot.
Timetable:
9.45 - 10.15 Player Registration
10.15 - 18.00 5 round swiss (6 rounds if over 32 players)
18.30 - 22.00 Top 8 Double Elimination
Tournament fee is about 10-15€ depending on number of players.
Prizes:
Top1 Trophy (no BYE or trip to Worlds)
Top2 Netrunner bags
Top4 Playmats
Top8 Tag tokens
Everyone will receive 3 copies of alt art Ken Tenma (if less than 50 players)
Old Hollywood is the last legal data pack.
So guys, what do you mean by 1st round bye at worlds? Just the bye, bye+trip for someome Dutch or bye+trip for anyone? Also, any cheap accommodation you would recommend reasonably close to the venue?

I am not sure myself. Last year I won, but the Bye was awarded to the best Dutch player. The trip was not part of prices. This year, we’ll see.

Although the info here (under “2015 Participating International Champions”) suggests there is no ticket to be won, so one could end up with a bye and no way to use it.
There are no seats reserved for these Nationals that have not already been held. At least that’s what I gather from the FFG announcement. As thus, you will probably be unable to use your bye (unless you already have a ticket to Worlds).
